Nakhchivan regional information center
Nakhchivan Regional Information Center for People with Disabilities was put into operation on October 5, 2010. The main activity of the Center is the social rehabilitation of people with disabilities living in the Autonomous Republic through information technology. At present, the Center has a Braille library, an electronic library for the hearing impaired, an audio library for the visually impaired, a kinetic games and intellectual games room. There are Braille displays for the visually impaired, high-speed internet, reading aids, as well as a reading machine that reads books in written format, an audio studio to enrich the audio library fund, and a cinema to show subtitled films.
