"The management of AzGEC regretfully informs that the units of the Armenian armed forces on the night of September 12-13 deliberately and rudely violated all international norms, the conditions of the tripartite declaration concluded with Azerbaijan and Russia, as well as the Brussels negotiations. violated the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border and caused large-scale sabotage in the directions of Dashkasan, Kalbajar and Lachin.

Each member of the Az. GAC assesses the next provocation of Armenia as a gross violation of secular rights and freedoms, such as violation of the ceasefire with the intention of ethnic enmity against Azerbaijan, contrary to international law norms.

All this is an example of the fact that the Armenian leadership is not a partner of peace in the region and of the hateful policy it carries out against the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani nation.

Az.GAC appeals to international organizations as well as to the people of Armenia to stop this injustice and vandalism as soon as possible and to clear the freed Azerbaijani lands of mines and return the peaceful residents to their homes and to support the establishment of peace in the region.

The establishment of peace helps to reduce the level of disability in the country by preventing these incidents. So these events lead to the loss of hundreds of lives and citizens becoming war disabled.

As a sovereign, secular and peace-loving country, Azerbaijan has never claimed territory against neighboring countries and has never supported any military provocation.

AzGĐC categorically condemns this provocation directed against our country, expresses deep condolences to the families of all martyred soldiers, and prays for patience and tolerance from the Almighty God.

"AzGAC urges our people not to believe the false information of the axes that are being used both inside and outside the country and to unite around the head of the country, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Mr. President Ilham Aliyev, and be steadfast."
