Letter from Samyar Abdullayev to Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Every member of the Public Union of the Society of Visually Impaired People of Azerbaijan declares that he closely follows your political path, likes it and supports all the political and economic reforms adopted by you. Our society welcomes the multifaceted development strategy implemented by you for the social welfare of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and welcomes it with great pride.

Both the 44-day Victory Road you traveled for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Commander-in-Chief, and the dynamics of development and reconstruction in the liberated lands are a manifestation of your bright political path. The leadership of the Public Union of the Society of the Visually Impaired of Azerbaijan expresses its pride that it is always by your side with each of its members. Your reputation in the world arena and the fact that our country has become a powerful state by being recognized among the developed countries is already an accepted fact in the entire world civilization.

We especially bring to your attention the thanks and endless gratitude of our hundreds of visually impaired members for the special attention and respect shown by you to the disabled contingent, especially to visually impaired people. Today, based on your instructions, the social development platform adopted in the direction of improving the housing and living conditions of visually impaired citizens has led to the improvement of the living standards and socio-economic well-being of hundreds of visually impaired families. Thanks to this fair and humane platform, hundreds of visually impaired families, who have been suffering from poor housing conditions for many years and had no hope of buying a house, have already been provided with bright and warm home conditions and will continue to be provided in the near future. All this is a manifestation of your and Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva's special attention in the social life of every blind citizen. Every member of the Society feels this attention, and this attention shines on their future path of life like the sun rising in the darkness.
